Safe, flat places for children to cycle
I’m looking for suggestions within the area I’ve marked for safe places where children can cycle. Flat routes, low traffic, and child-friendly spots would be ideal. We usually go to the Ardagh, but it would be great to have a few alternative options as well. Places slightly outside the marked area are also fine.

It’s not entirely within the area I marked before, but if we happen to go around Clifton Suspension Bridge, this route I marked on the map is also perfect for kids to cycle or scoot. Both sides are surrounded by trees, which provide nice shade as well.

Actually OSM's cycle map shows it pretty clearly but after having lived in Bristol for about 5 years, I was only able to discover this cycle route today. And honestly I have to say that it's pretty nice. No motor vehicle traffic at all. Flat enough. You can e…
